• I draw with A4 proportions (210x297mm // 8,3 x 11,7), I use 1:1 for portrait or chibis. I also use RGB, but if you want to print it or you want CMYK, please tell me in advance. If you want to use other proportions, please tell me.

REFUND POLICY
Full refund if the commission is cancelled by me or the client before I started.
I don’t accept refunds once the commission is in process, only if there’s a sketch (80% of total price).

I will send you a sketch. If you want to change something you have to tell me, I will change it and I will send you again a new sketch. Once I have your approval, I will keep going. I only accept 3 changes for the sketch, please be specific. I don't accept those changes that change everything, and it's like starting at 0 again. Don’t use this for changing more than 5 times, that’s extra work and extra work will be paid.COMM USE
• Only for personal use.

POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO
Reembolso completo si es cancelado por mí o por el cliente antes de que empiece.
No acepto reembolsos una vez empiece el encargo, solo si aún estoy por el boceto (80% de reembolso del precio total).
No se aceptan reembolsos con el encargo acabado o a punto de acabarse.PROCESO
Te enviaré un boceto. Si quieres cambiar alguna cosa dímelo, lo corregiré y te volveré a enviar el boceto. Una vez tenga tu aprobación continuaré con el encargo. Solo acepto 3 cambios en el boceto, por favor sé específico, una vez continuado no aceptaré cambios muy bruscos que se necesite empezar de 0, no uses esto para cambiar más de 5 veces, será trabajo extra y el trabajo extra se tiene que pagar.USO DEL ENCARGO
• Solo para uso personal.
• Puedes imprimirlo.
• NO puedes venderlo o vender una copia impresa.
• Puedes usarlo como perfil, wallpaper, perfil de redes, banner, etc.
